WELCOME TO WEBSTER COUNTY 911

Webster County 911 was established in 1995 and is funded by a one third (1/3) of a cent sale tax. We dispatch eleven agencies: six law enforcement agencies and five fire agencies. We are contracted through Cox Health Systems in Springfield for ambulance services in the county. Webster County 911 is also responsible for assigning addresses, road sign maintenance, and criminal justice paperwork from the Circuit Court and Municipal Courts.

Webster County 911 is accepting bids for a radio system and radio console. This system will be installed in a Ford Transit van. The primary purpose of this system is as a backup for the main dispatch center should it become disabled. The system is being designed to function as closely as possible to the main dispatch center so that the transition to the mobile unit is as smooth possible.

Sealed bids shall be clearly marked "Radio System Bid" and turned into  webster County 911's office no later than Monday September 15th, 2025 by 11:00 a.m. Webster County 911 reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
